We
stand behind the quality of our apparel products and imprinted gifts. If you
believe your product has a defect, DMV Imprints will cover the cost of the
return.
1. Confirm it is
eligible for a return:

Items are eligible for a return only within 30
days
of the original order date.
·
Merchandise
is eligible for a replacement item that is the same design, color, size, and
style of apparel (such as short sleeve t-shirt) as the original order.

DMV
Imprints does not process refunds for any reason.
o
Store credit,
or substitutions of other items will not be provided.
·
Merchandise must be returned in its original
condition. Returns will be refused if the items are stained, damaged, washed,
used or not in
the same condition that you received it.
·
Merchandise must be sent with the original packaging.
2. Email customerservice@dmvimprints.com and include:

Your name and order number
·
A photo of the item showing the damage or defect
·
A description of the damage or defect
3. We will
confirm the receipt of the information and will send you:
·
An approval email confirmation for the return with additional
instructions.
o
You must include a copy of your original order confirmation or
invoice as well as a copy of the email approval confirmation for the return.
·
We will mail you a prepaid shipping label that you may use to
return the defected item.
4. Once the
merchandise is received, and inspected, it may take 10-14 business days to
process your return and send the replacement order. We will keep you notified
of the status.
