General Information
All products are made to order just for you! Most items are printed and shipped within 2-7 business days. Then you should add shipping times on top of that.
Speed and shipping rates depend on the product types ordered, where they are being shipped to, and the shipping option/service you choose at Checkout. We use the most reliable and affordable carrier for each shipment to pass the savings on to you!
Some products might be shipped separately because they are packaged differently.
Shipments outside of the United States may incur customs fees. The fee may vary depending on order value, country limits, etc. and the customer is responsible for these fees.
Is There Tracking Information for My Package?
Yes! If you choose one of the four shipping options below, you will receive an email with tracking confirmation for your package.
• Overnight
• Express
• Standard
• Economy (within the United States)
There is no tracking available for international shipments sent via Economy or No Rush.
Lost Package?
If your package is lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
To submit a claim, email CustomerService@DMVimprints.com with your order number, tracking number, and information on what the delivery service has stated.
Please Ensure You Entered a Correct Address
If your address is considered insufficient by the courier or delivery company, the shipment may be returned to our facility. Customers will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed Packages
Any packages that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and customers will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
