My Order Has a Defect – What do I do?
We stand behind the quality of our apparel products and imprinted gifts. If you believe your product has a defect, DMV Imprints will cover the cost of the return.
1. Confirm it is eligible for a return:
• Items are eligible for a return only within 30 days of the original order date.
• Merchandise is eligible for a replacement item that is the same design, color, size, and style of apparel (such as short sleeve t-shirt) as the original order.
o DMV Imprints does not process refunds for any reason.
o Store credit, or substitutions of other items will not be provided.
• Merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Returns will be refused if the items are stained, damaged, washed, used or not in the same condition that you received it.
• Merchandise must be sent with the original packaging.
2. Email CustomerService@DMVimprints.com and include:
• Your name and order number
• A photo of the item showing the damage or defect
• A description of the damage or defect
3. We will confirm the receipt of the information and will send you:
• An approval email confirmation for the return with additional instructions.
o You must include a copy of your original order confirmation or invoice as well as a copy of the email approval confirmation for the return.
• We will mail you a prepaid shipping label that you may use to return the defected item.
4. Once the merchandise is received, and inspected, it may take 10-14 business days to process your return and send the replacement order. We will keep you notified of the status.
Can I Get a Different Size or Different Color?
The sizing charts and color swatches for apparel are provided by the manufacturer and we understand sometimes things don’t quite fit, or look, like you hoped. No problem!

o You must include a copy of your original order confirmation or invoice as well as a copy of the email approval confirmation for the exchange.
• DMV Imprints does not provide return labels for exchanges. All exchanges must be sent back at the shipping cost of the customer and addressed to:
o DMV Imprints, 1245 4th Street SW, #E109, Washington, DC 20024
o Please send using a trackable shipping service as we cannot exchange items that are lost in transit.
4. Once the merchandise is received, and inspected, it may take 10-14 business days to process your exchange. We will keep you notified of the status.
